Job summary

Sunblink is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel to lead the delivery of high-profile projects across the UK. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence on nationwide assignments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with structural steel frame projects, exposure to large-scale constructions such as sports stadiums, and a CSCS Black Card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing structural steel frame projects.
• Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working on sports stadium projects is highly desirable.
• CSCS Black Card (essential).
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and operate within fast-paced project environments.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for structural steel installations
• Manage subcontractors, labour, site logistics, and installation activities
• Ensure health & safety compliance and company procedures
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor programme progress, quality standards, and productivity
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain delivery
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
