Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in South Wales is recruiting a Permanent Site Manager for a leading structural steel specialist. The role starts mid to late November and offers a salary of £55,000–£60,000 per annum.

Based on site with office-based arrangement, you will oversee structural steel fabrication and installation projects, specify balcony structures, manage delivery to programme and quality standards, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in structural steel fabrication and installation.
• Experience as Site Manager or senior site-based role in the structural steel sector.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and bring work in-house.

Responsibilities

• Specifying and managing structural steel balcony structures to bring work in-house.
• Overseeing structural steel fabrication and installation projects.
• Managing project delivery on site to programme and quality standards.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Travel to sites outside South Wales as required, with travel and accommodation covered.
