Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source recruits a Site Manager with strong structural steel experience to oversee works in South Wales. You will manage one site at a time, with a planned move to a nearby second site on a short two-site contract.

Start date is 26 October 2026. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with parking on site. The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, Lift Supervisor, IOSH, Temporary Works and First Aid competencies.

Qualifications

Job description

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a contract Site Manager with strong structural steel experience in South Wales. The role begins on one site until December 2026, then moves to a second nearby site (approximately 15 minutes away) until March 2027, managing one site at a time.

Start Date

26th, October 2026

Rate

£300/day plus digs, or £350/day without digs

Contract

Until March 2027 (Port Talbot until December 2026, then Margam until March 2027)
