Job summary

Connolly Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead refurbishment projects across occupied homes, delivering improvements for residents and communities. You will oversee daily delivery, ensure safety, stay on programme and manage budgets.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication and stakeholder management, plus SMSTS and First Aid at Work. Experience in social housing and driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or construction.
• Experience delivering projects in occupied environments is desirable.
• Understanding of Social Housing and resident-focused delivery.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• SMSTS qualification held.

Responsibilities

• Managing refurbishment projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Monitoring programme performance and project progress
• Managing quality inspections and compliance documentation
• Working alongside Commercial teams to manage costs and budgets
• Maintaining site records, inductions and health & safety standards
• Ensuring operatives have the materials, equipment and support they need
• Building positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site environment
