Job summary

Connolly Limited is seeking dynamic Site Managers with a Social Housing background to join our growing team across Leeds and Bradford. You will oversee window and door replacements, EWI and external works, and decarbonisation schemes, ensuring projects run to programme and budget.

You will manage sites from start to finish, lead trades, maintain quality, and report progress. Required SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and asbestos awareness knowledge, with a track record in social housing environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of site management on social housing projects.
• Experience running social housing schemes from start to finish.
• In-date SMSTS qualification.
• First aid at work certification.
• Asbestos awareness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the plan, specification and programme of works.
• Prepare progress reports, monitor programmes and sign off quality control documents.
• Manage costs and budgets with QS to optimise profitability.
• Coordinate teams and set/update work objectives.
• Allocate work and evaluate performance against objectives.
• Ensure inductions are completed and records maintained.
• Ensure trades have materials/equipment to complete tasks and maintain site environment.
