Wates Group is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver social housing planned maintenance across Birmingham. You will manage on-site delivery, coordinate trades, and ensure works meet safety and quality standards in occupied homes.

You will lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, manage programmes, and maintain strong client and resident relationships while adhering to RAMS and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing planned maintenance.
• Experience working in occupied residential environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of programme management and health & safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance projects on site.
• Lead operatives, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate work programmes and activities to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS and company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
