Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects across tenanted properties. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, monitor progress and ensure works meet programme, quality and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing direct labour and subcontractors, and a solid understanding of health, safety and site compliance procedures to deliver works efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager within social housing, residential maintenance or refurbishment.
• Ability to manage trades and operatives on site.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and site compliance understanding.

Site Manager - Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with experience within social housing, residential maintenance, refurbishment or property services, who is confident managing operatives and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works across social housing properties, which will be tenanted. You will oversee site activities, coordinate trades, monitor progress and ensure that works are completed in line with programme, quality and health & safety requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager within social housing, residential maintenance, refurbishment or a similar environment.
• Experience managing trades and operatives.
• A good understanding of health & safety and site compliance.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and Manual Handeling, asbestos awareness and working at heights.
