Job summary

Poolhall Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes for social housing projects in Birmingham. You will manage multiple trades, subcontractors and site staff, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive performance, maintain strong client relationships and support cost control across high-volume programmes with a proactive leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Deliver kitchen & bathroom replacement programmes.
• Manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Lead and support a Trainee and an Assistant Site Manager.
• Maintain health & safety standards across sites.
• Ensure works are delivered on time, to quality and within budget.
• Complete digital reporting and maintain site records.

Responsibilities
