Job summary

PiLON is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied social housing properties. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing an excellent experience for residents.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and liaise with residents, clients and stakeholders to maintain professionalism

Qualifications

• Experience managing Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works programmes.
• Social Housing sector experience essential.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and site compliance.
• Excellent communication and resident liaison skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and CSCS Supervisor card.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring Health & Safety compliance and company procedures.
• Supervise direct labour and subcontractors, driving productivity and quality.
• Deliver kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects in line with programme and budget.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain accurate site records and project updates using PiLLAR and PiLON 360.
• Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional service.
