Job summary

Poolhall Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for social housing projects in Birmingham. The role oversees kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will lead trades, subcontractors, and junior staff while maintaining strong client and resident relationships. The position requires proven experience in high-volume programmes, SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid, and a proactive approach to reporting and site governance.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid qualifications preferred
• Strong health and safety focus
• Organised, proactive communicator
• IT literate and comfortable with digital reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day to day site delivery
• Manage trades, subcontractors and junior site staff
• Maintain relationships with clients and residents
• Ensure works are on time, within budget and to quality
• Complete digital site reporting and maintain records
• Drive performance against KPIs
• Support commercial teams with cost awareness and project performance
• Uphold leadership and proactive site management
