East Farleigh Primary School is seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable Site Manager / Senior Caretaker to join our friendly team and help realize our vision for the entire school community.
Under the direction of the Headteacher, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Previous experience in premises or general maintenance is preferred. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, a confident communicator, and possess good time management skills to prioritize tasks and use their initiative effectively. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

This is a permanent, part-time position (27.5 hours per week, paid at Kent Scheme D pro-rata) with flexible working hours, which will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
