15 hours per week (Evenings - 5pm - 8pm)

As a Client Services & Concierge Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of Nuffield Health for visitors, clients, and guests. Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe and secure environment within our Support office and Medical Centre in Barbican, London. You will provide professional reception and back-office services, managing client and internal queries efficiently to ensure an exceptional experience for all.

You will also serve as a confident and competent Nuffield Health Fire Marshal & First Aider, supporting the smooth operation of our facilities. The role involves compliance with policies and procedures, promoting the Nuffield Health brand and values, and taking on additional duties as needed.

This varied role covers reception duties, visitor and client relations, health and safety, administration, and security.
