Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major Corby project. You will ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site activities.

The role requires a proven track record in commercial, logistics, or industrial construction, with preference for steel-frame or precast systems. Strong leadership and BIM/digital site tools familiarity are desired for success.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Site Manager delivering commercial, logistics or industrial construction projects.
Experience with steel-frame structures or precast concrete systems is highly advantageous.
Strong reading of complex drawings and architectural specs; BIM/digital tools desirable.
Leadership to enforce safety standards and drive productivity on site.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, aligning works with schedules, specs and quality standards.
Drive an uncompromising health, safety, and environmental culture on the site.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and package managers for efficient workflow.
Conduct regular inspections and manage snag lists to ensure compliance with tolerances.
Maintain detailed daily site logs and provide progress updates to the Senior Project Manager.
Assist in controlling on-site costs and minimizing material waste.
