Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Swindon office. You will oversee the daily running of the site, ensure safe practices, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to deliver projects ranging from £5m to £30m in education, healthcare, MOD, commercial and industrial sectors.

You will manage sub-contractors on site, maintain quality plans, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a site manager with a similar sized organisation.
• 5 years as an assistant site manager with leading construction company.
• Broad understanding of traditional construction.
• Detailed knowledge of either site engineering or building finishes.

Responsibilities

• Examines all construction information for accuracy and liaises with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure smooth information flow.
• Understands the contract programme and tracks progress weekly using ASTA.
• Produces short term programmes related to the main construction programme.
• Manages materials procurement in line with project schedule.
