Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead retrofit projects in social housing across multiple locations, initially Chelmsford, then Rickmansworth, High Wycombe and Harrow. You will oversee site activities, coordinate installations and ensure documentation and compliance.

The role requires SMSTS and First Aid, plus experience in coordinating works across occupied properties and managing subcontractors. Contract is initial 6 months, with temp-to-perm options possible.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and First Aid are essential qualifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors across occupied properties is required.
• Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 is highly desirable.
• Strong organisation with focus on documentation and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retrofit and energy-efficiency works across residential properties.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, programme and quality.
• Coordinate installation of solar panels, insulation, ventilation, windows and doors.
• Maintain project documentation and evidence in line with SHDF requirements.
• Work to tight deadlines while preserving quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress across sites and report delays or issues to the project team.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Liaise with residents and stakeholders to keep works running smoothly.
