Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd currently seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee retrofit and planned refurbishment projects across social housing properties. You will manage live sites, site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, timeliness and budgets are met on multiple works streams including solar, insulation, ventilation and window upgrades.

The role requires SMSTS or NVQ, 3-day First Aid, full UK driving licence and strong IT skills. This 6-month FTC offers car allowance and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned refurbishment, ideally within social housing.
• Retrofit experience/knowledge.

• Strong understanding of H&S, programmes and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills.

Site Manager - Retrofit

£45,000-£50,000 + Car Allowance

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading property maintenance and refurbishment business on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract through to March 2027.

The role will cover sites across Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas, with projects focused on retrofit and planned refurbishment within social housing/tenanted properties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing multiple live sites, site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Projects will include measures such as:

• Solar
• Loft insulation
• Ventilation
• Windows and doors
• Planned refurbishment works

About You

We're looking for a Site Manager with:
