Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Site Manager in Skegness on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract for a full-time, 40-hour week. The role oversees repairs and maintenance, coordinating with the Delivery Manager and site team to meet KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ4 or equivalent qualification in maintenance.
• Professional certifications (SMSTS, CSCS card).
• First Aid certification and relevant health & safety qualifications.
• Proven experience in a site supervisor/manager role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing subcontractors and site operatives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience resolving on-site issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and successfully deliver repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee the site team with the Delivery Manager.
• Monitor daily repairs and KPI compliance; order materials as needed.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client and stakeholders; ensure clear communication.
• Address concerns or requests promptly.
• Escalate issues to the delivery manager when necessary to keep repairs on track.
• Manage multiple repairs simultaneously with advanced problem-solving.
• Understand repairs and maintenance contracts and measurement for installations.
