Job summary

Equans is seeking a Site Manager in Skegness to coordinate repairs and maintenance on a full-time basis. You will lead the site team alongside the Delivery Manager, ensuring daily repairs are completed on time and to KPI standards while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role requires NVQ4 or equivalent, SMSTS/CSCS, First Aid, and proven experience in construction site management; you will manage subcontractors, order materials, inspect works, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• NVQ4 or equivalent qualification in maintenance.
• SMSTS and CSCS cards required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a site supervisor/manager role within construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver repairs and maintenance on site.
• Oversee site team with the Delivery Manager.
• Monitor daily repairs and KPI compliance.
• Order materials and track progress of repairs.
• Inspect works to ensure contract specifications and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to the Delivery Manager as needed.
• Manage subcontractors and site operatives.
