Job summary

300 North Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme in occupied social housing properties in the Skegness area. Based in Skegness, Lincolnshire, you will manage the day‑to‑day works, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely and to required standards.

The role requires a driving licence, CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, and DBS clearance, with a CIS daily rate of £280.

Contract: Temporary

Durations: 8 weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme within occupied social housing properties in the Skegness area.

Working on behalf of a Social Housing Association, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Previous experience working within social housing, planned maintenance or occupied refurbishment programmes would be highly desirable.
