Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead repairs and maintenance within a social housing context in Rushton. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise trades, and coordinate workloads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage subcontractors, and a solid understanding of KPIs and SLAs. A UK driving licence and relevant construction qualifications are advantageous.

• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and KPI/SLAs experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of repairs and maintenance works across Rushton.
• Supervise trades operatives and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate workloads to meet timescales.
• Monitor productivity, performance and quality across the team.
• Carry out regular site and property inspections.
• Ensure works meet specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain records and paperwork; manage programmes and KPIs.
• Report to Contracts Manager and support operational reporting.
