Job summary

EQUANS in Salford is seeking a Contract Supervisor to lead a team of static engineers on a permanent, full-time basis, 40 hours per week. The role emphasizes safe, timely delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance to contract outputs.

You will ensure on-site compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, manage contractor work, and support the Contract Manager with customer communications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of engineers and managing maintenance tasks.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness and compliance with policies.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver PPM and Reactive works to KPI/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of static engineers on site.
• Plan, deliver and review specialist engineering services and maintenance.
• Provide engineering support in emergency situations to ensure continuity.
• Maintain RAMS and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
• Act as first point of contact for site HR issues and coordinate subcontractors.
