Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 12-month recladding project in Cardiff, starting January 2027. The role requires hands-on site leadership with a strong background in render and external façade works for a main contractor.

Applicants should hold SMSTS, CSCS Black Manager's Card and First Aid, with a proven track record in health & safety, quality and site management. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong recladding / external refurbishment / façade experience.
• Previous experience managing render projects would be highly beneficial.
• SMSTS required.
• CSCS Black Manager's Card required.
• First Aid certification.
• Solid understanding of health & safety, quality and site management procedures.

Site Manager Recladding

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a main contractor on a 12-month recladding project in Cardiff, commencing January 2027.

The project involves render and external façade works, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background delivering recladding / external refurbishment projects for a main contractor.
