Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a solid Externals Site Manager for a large RC Frame residential project in Central/West London. You will oversee day-to-day site works, manage sub-contractors, and enforce health and safety and quality assurance across RC Frame, groundworks, landscaping. Must have residential development experience and be a confident communicator with a proactive approach.

Start ASAP. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.

• Must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid on-site qualifications.

Description

Leading residential developer who is currently delivering a brand new RC Frame project in Central / West London.

We are looking for a solid Externals Site manager who has managed externals on a large RC Frame project before. The packages that will need looking after will be RC Frame, Groundworks, Landscaping, Paving etc.
