Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Site Manager for a live RC Frame project in Central London. You will oversee externals including RC Frame, Groundworks, Landscaping and Paving, with a focus on safety, quality, and co-ordination of sub-contractors.

The role requires proven externals management on RC Frame sites and a proactive communicator capable of working with a residential developer and main contractor team.

Qualifications

• Must have current CSCS, SMSTS and First aid.
• Residential developer and main contractor experience.
• Solid externals site management on RC Frame projects.

Responsibilities

• Day to day managing of all site works on RC Frame externals.
• Managing all sub-contractors.
• Managing health and safety on site.
• Quality Assurance of works and finish.
