Job summary

O is seeking a Senior Site Manager to take overall responsibility for RC frame and façade construction in Northwest London. You will lead the site team, manage the supply chain, and drive delivery safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, monitor progress, review drawings and technical information, and address risks before they impact delivery.

Senior Site Manager - RC FRAME

£75000-£87500 + package

Northwest London

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take overall responsibility for site delivery, with particular expertise in RC frame and façade construction.

You will lead the site team and supply chain, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme, and to the required quality standards. Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage key stakeholders, monitor progress and address risks before they impact delivery.

The role also provides scope to develop junior members of the team and take on greater management responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior site management role, ideally with strong RC frame and façade experience for a leading developer or main contractor.
• Strong leadership and team-management capability.
• Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing and temporary works.
• Experience managing programmes using Asta Powerproject or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Commercial and contractual awareness.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to review drawings and technical information accurately.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities.
• Experience managing subcontractors and monitoring performance against programme, safety and quality requirements.
• Competent with Procore, SmartWaste, MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
