Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee passive fire protection works on an NHS project in Gloucester. Lead on-site operations and coordinate labour and subcontractors to meet safety and programme goals.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving. You’ll liaise with the Project Manager and client and adapt to varying hours on site.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card holder.
• First Aid trained.
• Experience delivering passive fire/fire stopping projects (preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations.

I'm working with a leading passive fire protection contractor who requires an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a NHS Project in Gloucester.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and labour
• Ensure H&S compliance
• Liaise with the Project Manager and client
• Drive programme and quality standards
• Oversee passive fire protection works within occupied buildings
• Varying working hours could be early could be late potential nights.
• Practical skills to adjust doors etc - willing to get hands dirty.
