As Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of new build sites from initial groundwork through to completion and handover. You\'ll manage subcontractors, uphold health & safety standards, and ensure the build is delivered to programme, quality, and budget - often in an environment where drawings and specifications may evolve during delivery.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can take ownership, solve problems on the ground, and build strong working relationships with both internal teams and client-side stakeholders.
