Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead general build projects across Bristol and surrounding areas. You will oversee projects up to £1 million, coordinate subcontractors, and split your time between on-site leadership and hands-on trades.

With CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid certifications, you will promote safety, maintain site records, and deliver quality workmanship on time and to budget. The role offers a family-feel contractor environment and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Substantial site management experience on construction projects.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Comfortable performing multi-trade tasks when required.
• Strong focus on health and safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintaining accurate site records, paperwork and reports.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction project management up to a value of £1 million.
• Manage subcontractors and day-to-day coordination on site.
• Perform a hands-on leadership role with a split of management and on-site work.
• Complete aspects of multi-trade work when required.
• Maintain accurate site records and paperwork throughout the project.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site.
