Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a regional contractor specialising in general build projects across Bristol and surround.

The role requires overseeing the management of construction projects up to £1 million, coordinating subcontractors, and performing a working foreman role with on-site duties. A strong trade background and site safety qualifications are preferred to ensure high standards across industrial and commercial builds.

Formación

• Proven working manager/foreman with construction industry experience.
• CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS required.
• Trade background preferred.
• Experience in industrial and commercial build projects.

• Management of sub contractors and day to day coordination
• Working foreman role, with a split of management and on site work
• Able to complete aspects of multi-trade work when required
• Maintain accurate site records and paperwork
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained

Requirements

• Proven working manager/foreman experience within the construction industry
• CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS
• Trade background (preferred)
• Ability to manage varied scope; build/ fit-out/ refurb
• Previous experience within industrial and commercial build projects
