Job summary

PSR Solutions in Bristol is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a major residential refurbishment programme, ensuring safety, quality and progress from inception to completion.

You will coordinate on-site trades, manage site logistics, and work closely with commercial, procurement and client teams while maintaining strict RAMS and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong background in refurbishment, housing, property services, or general building.
• Up-to-date relevant safety accreditations (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black Card).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider project and commercial teams.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
• Experience working on large-scale residential refurbishment cladding programmes would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of the project site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site trades, subcontractors, and labour to maintain exceptional construction standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, RAMS, and quality control procedures on site.

We are currently supporting an established organisation in the property and construction sector as they look to appoint an experienced Site Manager to strengthen their Bristol operational team.

This is a permanent opportunity well-suited for an experienced Site Manager ready to take ownership of site delivery on a major refurbishment programme. The role involves overseeing a substantial residential refurbishment/retrofit scheme across several large buildings, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and progress from inception to completion.
