Job summary

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for an Internal Site Manager to join a large commercial construction project in Exeter.

The role is based on site in Exeter, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, permanent, offering a salary of £60K-£65K per annum. You will manage internal works contractors, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the programme is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management with internal works and/or commercial fit-out.
• Experience on student accommodation or high-rise residential projects.
• SMSTS, First aid, and Black CSCS certifications.
• Strong commitment to safety and programme delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in site management, with a strong background in internal works and/or commercial fit-out.
• experience within student accommodation or high rise residential projects
• SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
• knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work
