Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major marine and port infrastructure project, delivering upgrades and extending the life of an existing berth. The role requires leading on-site operations within a live port environment, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and client interfaces while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Experience in marine, ports, quay structures or live operational environments.
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate site activities.
Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to quality standards.
Coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
Work closely with client and project team within live operational environment.
Manage site logistics, permits, sequencing and interfaces with existing infrastructure.
Ensure RAMS and inspections are implemented effectively.
Monitor progress and identify potential programme or delivery issues.
Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance.
