Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a proactive Site Agent to join its Specialist Projects - Non-Infrastructure team. You will own delivery, lead site teams, and oversee civil engineering and utilities works, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients, manage resources, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil engineering, utilities, or non-infrastructure projects.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, programme management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, successful and commercially effective delivery of projects under your control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, commercial teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure works meet safety and quality standards.
• Monitor programme performance and manage resources to drive project performance and continuous improvement.
