Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is recruiting a Site Manager for a major UK port infrastructure project in a live operational environment. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate multiple trades and ensure works meet safety, schedule and quality requirements.

The role requires proven site management of complex civil/infrastructure projects, preferably with marine or port experience and strong leadership to coordinate specialist subcontractors and interfaces with existing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in marine/ports or live operational environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.
