Job summary

Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced professional to manage M&E installations within our South West delivery team. This role covers water frameworks, ensuring full CDM compliance and high-quality installation standards on site.

You will coach electricians and assist with client management while upholding Bridges' health and safety standards. The role demands extensive site experience in civil/utilities sectors, CSCS Gold, SMSTS, and a professional, proactive approach to

Qualifications

• Experience in managing M&E sites.
• Experience in a civil / utilities environment.
• Gold Card CSCS
• SMSTS
• Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
• Good client management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards and industry regulations.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams.
• Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans.
• Follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
• Coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices.
• Promote Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
• Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst peers.
• Act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company's positive reputation.
