OTIS LIMITED is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for NE/Mod repairs and servicing at Sellafield. You will lead a small team of engineers and administrative staff, ensuring safety, RAMS, and logistics run smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring lift-industry expertise, strong planning and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the lift industry and proven lift engineering background.
• Experience managing engineers on site.
• IT literate with MS Office applications.
• Well organised under fluctuating demands and pressures.
• Results-driven with effective communication to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations for NE/Mod repairs and servicing.
• Hold site meetings and update programmes.
• Ensure RAMS are in place, organise tooling and logistics, and conduct safety checks.
• Manage 2 office staff, 1 FM and 10 engineers.
• Control site resources and attendance records.
