Job summary

Otis is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for NE/Mod repairs and servicing at Sellafield, Carlisle. The role requires a strong background in lift MOD/repair, leading site meetings, updating programmes, and enforcing on-site processes.

You will manage 2 office staff, 1 FM, and 10 engineers, ensuring safety, RAMS compliance, and timely material flow. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality customer service

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the lift industry.
• Experience in managing engineers onsite.
• IT literate – familiar with MS Office applications.
• Organised and able to maintain under fluctuating demands and pressures.
• Be results driven and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Good planning, problem solving and communication skills.
• Understanding the importance of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control are maintained at all times.
• Ensure RAMS are in place, organise tooling, logistics and conduct required Co.
• Safety and process checks, inspections and safety briefings.
• Ensure flow of materials to deliver project Off-hire Tooling at correct time and plan commissioning and interfaces.
• Control site resources, manage, coach and log site entries for attendance.

The Role

Otis is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage day-to-day site operations of NE/Mod repairs and servicing Sellafield, strong background in lift MOD/Repair preferable. lead site meetings, update programmes, follow on site processes.

As a Site Manager, you will:

• Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control are maintained at all times.

Required skills & experience:

• Strong knowledge of the lift industry, likely from a lift engineering background
• Experience in managing engineers onsite
