Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is recruiting a Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations for NE/Mod repairs and servicing at Sellafield. You will manage a team of 2 office staff, 1 facilities manager, and 10 engineers, ensuring safety, ethics and financial control on site.

You will organise RAMS, tooling, logistics and safety checks, and coordinate material flow, commissioning, and interface planning to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the lift industry, likely from a lift engineering background.
• Experience in managing engineers onsite.
• IT literate – familiar with MS Office applications.
• Be organised and able to maintain under fluctuating demands and pressures.
• Be results driven and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Good planning, problem solving and communication skills.
• An understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control are maintained at all times.

The Role

Otis is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage day-to-day site operations of NE/Mod repairs and servicing Sellafield, strong background in lift MOD/Repair preferable. Lead site meetings, update programmes, follow on site processes. Manage 2x office staff, 1 x FM and 10 engineers.

As a Site Manager, you will:

• Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control are maintained at all times.
