Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor for the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. The role focuses on supervising and coordinating lifting operations on a busy construction site, ensuring activities align with lifting plans and RAMS.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven track record on major infrastructure projects, with appropriate CPCS/NPORS qualifications and Sizewell C/site experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Lift Supervisor or Lifting Supervisor.
• Relevant lifting qualifications and certifications (CPCS/NPORS).
• Experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of RAMS and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on site.
• Ensure lifting activities are safe and in accordance with lifting plans.
• Liaise with Appointed Persons, Crane Supervisors, Site Managers and lifting teams.
• Brief lifting teams on lifting plans and safe systems of work.
• Monitor lifting operations and ensure site procedures are followed.
• Identify and report safety concerns or changes to lifting conditions.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
