Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Site Manager to lead delivery on projects across Yorkshire. The role covers day-to-day site management, subcontractor coordination and ensuring works meet safety, quality and programme requirements.

The successful candidate will manage site activities, liaise with clients and consultants, chair meetings and drive smooth project close-out in a permanent, long-term position.

Qualifications

• Site Manager experience within a main contractor environment.
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction programmes and site processes.
• Confident managing projects with a good level of autonomy.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from site set-up through to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.
• Managing programme, quality and health & safety.
• Chairing site meetings and maintaining project documentation.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
• Managing snagging, handover and project close-out.
