Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of roofing, refurbishment and general building projects across Yorkshire. You will oversee projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality targets are met while building strong client relationships.

Based in Yorkshire with site visits across the region and occasional travel to the North West, you will manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners, while

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple live projects across Yorkshire and the North West
• Overseeing roofing, refurbishment, metal roofing systems and general building works
• Planning and coordinating site activities to achieve programme and budget targets
• Leading Site Managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Maintaining excellent health & safety standards across all projects
• Attending client meetings and ensuring strong customer relationships
• Monitoring project performance, quality and commercial objectives
