Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead day-to-day electrical and M&E site activities on major commercial and industrial projects across the UK, from pre-construction through to handover.

You will manage teams and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, attend client and consultant meetings, and maintain schedules to deliver projects on time and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Site Manager on large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is essential.
• ECS/CSCS card required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical site activities on major commercial and industrial projects.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and programme schedules.
• Ensure works comply with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Attend site meetings and communicate with clients, consultants and management.
• Monitor progress, quality and commercial performance and report variances.
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and compliance checks.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Resolve on-site issues to maintain programme delivery.
