Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of the designated site installations and teams, providing guidance, control and structure to decision-making processes.
• Ensure resources on site are managed to achieve the least cost option to satisfy project objectives.
• Oversee installation phase of projects, liaising with site personnel, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and internal departments.
• Ensure sites and installation activities are managed with budgetary control of resources to improve department performance.
• Assist with RAMS, lift/crane plans and HSEQ documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in site audits, inspections, surveys, pre-site visits and meetings for installation aspects.
• Ensure all installations are planned and executed in accordance with operating policy while maintaining the company's image.
• Work under deadline pressures in an efficient, calm manner.
• Help manage suppliers and sub-contractors to improve safety, performance and profit.
