Job summary

A leading national contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee social housing planned works and refurbishment projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region. You will lead subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects on programme, within budget and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, resources and site logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing refurbishment, maintenance or planned works projects.
  • Social housing, housing association or local authority experience.
  • Experience leading site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS Card.
  • First Aid Qualification.
