Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a refurbishment project in Harrogate, converting a former club into 9 luxury apartments. Start Monday 27th July; project runs for 40 weeks, with on-site management of daily operations.

You will ensure safety and quality, coordinate trades, and keep the build on schedule. Required qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, asbestos awareness, and Fire Marshal certification.

Qualifications

• Experience managing refurbishments on site with safety focus.
• CSCS card holder and SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work and asbestos awareness are required.
• Fire marshal certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on the refurbishment.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate trades, inspections and progress reporting.
• Maintain site discipline, quality and program adherence.

Job DescriptionSite Manager Required – Immediate Start (Monday 27th July) We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an exciting refurbishment project, starting Monday 27th July. Project: Conversion of a former working men's club into 9 luxury apartments. Project Duration: 40 weeks Pay £250–£280 per shift, depending on experience. The Role You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to site management.
