Job summary

A long-term, mixed-use commercial build role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations.

You will supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensure safety compliance, maintain records, and liaise with clients and project teams to deliver on time and within budget across the project. This role requires SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required and recognised on site safety standard.
• CSCS Black Card required for site access and supervision.
• First Aid at Work qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety regulations and practices.

Requirements of Site Manager

• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS black card

• Full UK driving licence
