Job summary

A Experienced Site Manager is sought by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to oversee the successful delivery of a commercial construction project. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, monitor progress and maintain safety and quality on site.

The role requires proven site management experience, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, plus leadership and communication skills to drive teams and meet deadlines on high-profile developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certification are essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
