Job summary

This role requires CSCS/CSR and SMSTS, plus First Aid at Work and professional qualifications desirable. A proven track record across commercial, retail, healthcare or education schemes is essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification is essential.
• First Aid at Work and professional qualification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery across high value projects, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet budget and schedule.
• Liaise with clients, design teams and PM/PQS to support project delivery.
• Issue permits, manage on-site activities and ensure compliance with H&S/CDM requirements.
• Raise NCRs for quality issues and ensure timely closeout.
• Monitor scope and responsibilities for subcontractors and maintain project records.
