McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead Mechanical and Electrical packages on high-value UK projects. The role demands proven delivery of medium to large scale works, strict health and safety compliance, and effective coordination with the wider design and construction teams.

You will manage subcontractor performance, monitor programme and budget, and drive quality from installation through snagging to handover.

Qualifications

• CSCS / SMSTS qualification is essential.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Electrical or mechanical trade qualification preferred.
• Strong health and safety awareness and site discipline.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site MEP works for medium to large projects.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical trades with civil, structural and architectural teams.
• Monitor project progress, budget and programme compliance.
• Review sub-contractor method statements and risk assessments.
• Issue permits and ensure ITPs are followed and closed out.
• Prepare snagging lists and verify as-installed works match design intent.
