The role requires CSCS/CSR and SMSTS qualifications, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors while maintaining strong client relations. You’ll manage permits, materials, and utility interfaces, while ensuring CDM compliance and a safe working environment across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• CSCS/CSR card required.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• Experience managing subcontractors on medium to large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage permits for varied work activities and close out accordingly.
• Order materials and coordinate with project QS on subcontract packages.
• Oversee permits to Highways and utility connections for site facilities.
• Manage temporary works and ensure quality plans are followed.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per CDM legislation on each project.
• Lead subcontractor management to meet programme, budget, and safety.
